- Time will be recorded and charged at the 5-minute pro rata rate.

These are very comprehensive assessments and require many hours to compile and develop the reports. Interviews, phone calls, emails and travel are calculated as per the usual rates (see other sections in this page). Report writing is charged to a maximum of 12 hours.
- Fees negotiated prior to report/letter development
Travel is calculated from the Gawler Post Office/Ardrossan Post Office and is charged at the therapist hourly rate per minute using Google Maps (i.e. Kapunda is 29 minutes from Gawler, the charge for return travel is $190/(2 x 29/60 hours)=$91.83). Where multiple clients are scheduled together in the same location, travel time will be shared across families to help reduce costs.
NDIS clients will be charged travel as per the current NDIS price guide.
Please note: As part of good business management, Connecting Dots 4 Kids will review costs from time to time and therefore costs are subject to change. Families will be informed in writing via email when this occurs. Costing reviews are more likely to occur at the end of the financial year and families accessing NDIS plans are encouraged to consider this when negotiating their next plans.
